April 20, 2012 Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Allure Of The Seas Fire

As Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' Allure Of The Seas was sailing from St. Maarten in the Bahamas to Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 20, 2012 at around 1945 hours, a fire broke out aboard the super-sized cruise ship.

The fire reportedly took place in the engine room of the cruise ship. Allure Of The Seas was able to continue the Caribbean voyage, returning to Fort Lauderdale under her own power.
